TNRS Gemini Cleanup is an internal Google Docs add-on developed by TNRS, Inc. to improve document formatting by removing unnecessary blank paragraphs while preserving spacing before designated section headings.

Information Accessed

TNRS Gemini Cleanup accesses only the Google Doc that is currently open when the user chooses to run the cleanup function.

The add-on may process text contained in the current document solely for the purpose of adjusting paragraph spacing and formatting.

How Information Is Used

Document content is used only to perform the requested formatting operation.

TNRS Gemini Cleanup does not use document content for advertising, profiling, analytics, artificial intelligence model training, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage and Sharing

TNRS Gemini Cleanup does not separately store, retain, sell, transmit, or share the contents of Google Docs with TNRS, Inc., third parties, or external services.

The formatting operation is performed within the user’s Google Workspace environment using Google Apps Script.

Google Account Information

The add-on may receive basic Google account information, such as the user’s email address and profile information, as required by Google Workspace for installation and authorization.
